For two decades, the contact form has been the front door of every B2B website. It's also been a graveyard. Industry-wide, the average form converts at around 2% — and 97% of visitors leave without ever engaging with your sales team. We've stopped pretending this is normal.

Why forms broke

Forms are one-way. They ask. They don't listen. They make visitors do the work of guessing what to put in the 'message' field, and then leave them in the dark waiting for an email reply. By the time you respond, the buying intent that drove them to your site is gone.
