Refund Policy.

We want you to be satisfied with FunnelConvo. If something isn't working for you, we'll do our best to make it right. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

  1. 01

    Subscription refunds

    If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase or a plan upgrade, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount charged. To request a refund, email billing@funnelconvo.com within the 14-day window.

    After the 14-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle.

    Annual plans

    For annual subscriptions, a full refund is available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 30 days, refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of the subscription year, at our discretion.

    To request a pro-rated refund on an annual plan, contact billing@funnelconvo.com with your account details and reason for cancellation.

  3. 03

    Non-refundable items

    Add-on credits (such as extra conversation credits or overage purchases) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused add-on credits at the time of account cancellation are forfeited.

    Setup fees, onboarding services, and professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  4. 04

    Service disruptions

    If FunnelConvo experiences a verified outage or service disruption exceeding 24 consecutive hours within a billing period, affected customers are eligible for a pro-rated credit for the downtime. Credits are applied to the next invoice and do not expire.

    To report a service disruption and request a credit, email billing@funnelconvo.com with the dates and description of the issue.

    How to request a refund

    Email billing@funnelconvo.com from the address associated with your account. Include your account name, the charge date, the amount, and the reason for your request.

    We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
