When you create a FunnelConvo account, we collect your name, work email, company, and password (hashed). When you use the platform, we collect product usage data (pages visited, features used, errors encountered) so we can improve the service.

When visitors interact with chatbots you've deployed, we process their messages and any data they provide on your behalf, as your data processor.

We use account data to operate, secure, and improve FunnelConvo, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations.

We never sell your data, and we never share visitor data captured through your chatbots with anyone other than you and your nominated integrations.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@funnelconvo.com.

If you're in the EU, EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We're SOC 2 Type II certified and conduct regular third-party penetration tests.

Access to production systems is gated behind SSO + hardware keys and limited to a small number of engineers on a need-to-know basis.

We rely on a small set of sub-processors to operate FunnelConvo, including AWS (hosting), Stripe (billing), and OpenAI (AI features). A complete and current list is available at funnelconvo.com/subprocessors.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The data controller for your personal data is MEGAFLOW LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, with registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
