Sub-processors.

MEGAFLOW LLC uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide FunnelConvo. Each one processes personal data only as needed to deliver its service to us. As described in our Data Processing Addendum, we'll update this page and notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor.

    Amazon Web Services (AWS)

    Purpose: cloud hosting and infrastructure for the FunnelConvo platform.

    Data processed: account data, chatbot configuration, conversations, and lead data stored in FunnelConvo.

  2. 02

    Stripe

    Purpose: payment processing and subscription billing.

    Data processed: name, email address, billing address, and payment card details. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe and never reach our servers.

    OpenAI

    Purpose: AI features, including generating chatbot responses.

    Data processed: conversation messages and the knowledge-base content needed to generate a response.

    PostHog

    Purpose: product analytics, so we can understand how FunnelConvo is used and improve it.

    Data processed: usage data such as pages viewed, features used, and device and browser information. On our website, analytics only run if you accept analytics cookies.
