Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a FunnelConvo account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to use FunnelConvo to send spam, host illegal content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You're responsible for the conversations and content your chatbots produce, and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws (including consumer protection and accessibility).

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. After 14 days of failed payments, we may suspend your account.

FunnelConvo and the underlying platform are owned by Digismart Mega Ltd. The conversations, leads, and content generated through your chatbots belong to you.

You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate the service.

We aim for 99.9% uptime on all paid plans, and 99.99% on Scale and Enterprise plans. Specific SLAs are defined in your service agreement.

We may schedule maintenance windows with at least 48 hours notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

FunnelConvo is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
